Mayacama Employment Service is a job development service that partners with employers to meet local labor needs. This service enables employers to diversify their work force by hiring motivated, capable people with disabilities.
Mayacama Employment Service has been helping people find and keep the jobs they want for over 30 years. It is a successful, cost effective service that benefits employers and supports people with disabilities to be productively employed in our community.
Mayacama Employment Service is also an Employment Network of the Social Security Administration Ticket to Work program. Social Security beneficiaries are supported to go to work while keeping their social security medical benefits.

Mayacama Employment Service is a partner of Mendocino Works Employment Resource One-Stop Center in Ukiah. It is funded by the Department of Rehabilitation, Redwood Coast Regional Center, Social Security, and Ukiah Unified School District.
